Wigan Warriors are an English rugby league team who play in the Super League rugby competition. Wigan Warriors are located in Wigan, Manchester in England's North.

Also known as the Cherry and Whites along with the Pie Eaters, Wigan Warriors play out of DW Stadium.

The Wigan Warriors are by far the most successful Rugby League team in the Northern Hemisphere. Their record of Championships twenty one, Challenge Cups ninteen and their four World Club Challenge titles speaks for itself.    

The 1980's and 1990's saw Wigan stamp their rugby league domination. With no salary cap in place at the time the Cherry and Whites had some of the best rugby league players in the World. During that period they won 9 Championships, 9 Challenge Cups and 3 World Club Challenges.
