USA Tomahawks name 18-man squad for second Colonial Cup match against Canada

The USA Tomahawks have named an 18-man squad for the second Colonial Cup match against Canada.
The US will host the Wolverines in Conshohocken, PA, on Saturday, August 24, 2013. The game will be played at AA Garthwaite Stadium and will follow the USARL championship final.

The first game in the 2013 Rugby League Colonial Cup series kicked off on Saturday at Lamport Stadium, Toronto, Canada. With reports of around 7,168 fans packing Lamport stadium and the Wolverine's didn't disappoint.

This week Canada Rugby League announced that the iconic Australian beer Foster's will be jumping on board as the official beer of the Canada Wolverines.

The biggest domestic competition in Canada was launched in British Columbia in 2012. The BCRL Championship was launched with 5 teams Bayside Sharks, Burnaby Lake, Kelowna Crows, Sea To Sky Eagles, Surrey Beavers. Surrey were the inaugural Championship winners.

After much deliberation, ironically it came down to Canada and Lebanon when members had to vote for the winner of the 2012 Rugby League Planet - Rugby League Development Fund Grant.
Both Lebanon and Canada have been shining lights in the development of rugby league in their respective nations.
