Overview: After five weeks of the Rugby League World Cup we are down to two teams. Australia and England will meet at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium on the 2nd of December for the Rugby League World Cup Final.

The World Cup Final has had three nations on the honours roll since its inception in 1954. Australia have lifted the Trophy on ten occasions. Great Britain who have now split into the home nations have lifted the RLWC Trophy three times. New Zealand lifted the RLWC Trophy for the first time in 2008.

Australia will be looking to go back to back in the 2017 Rugby League World Cup after taking out the 2013 version. Australia will be odds on favorites to win the tournament when they take on England.

England are in the Rugby League World Cup Final for the first time in 22 years. Will England break a long drought and get over the Aussies in Brisbane? Bennett will need to work on England's long history of 2nd half fade outs if the Poms want to lift the Rugby League World Cup for the first time since 1972.

World Cup Winners - Australia (10), Great Britain (3), New Zealand (1). (3 nations in Total)
