Date:15/4/16
International Rugby League will visit Belmore on the 8th of May when the Lebanon Cedars take on the Cook Islands.
This will be the third time these two rugby league nations have clashed. If you saw the 22 all draw in the 2000 Rugby League World Cup match between these two nations, you will be marking the 8th May in your calendar.
For Lebanon who have already qualified for the 2017 RLWC the game will be a chance for fans to get a preview of the team that will be running round come October 2017. The match will assist the Cedars with their preparations for the World Cup.
The Cook Island narrowly missed out on qualifying for the 2017 RLWC. The Cooks will be looking to get over the Cedars to prove that they still have what it takes to compete at the international level.
So clear your Calendar and get down to Belmore Sports Ground on Sunday the 8th of May for an afternoon of International Rugby League.
