On December 10th at 10am a Rugby League Club in Ireland will take part in a unique radio show when the Ballyfermot Bears will feature on a radio documentary profiling minority sports on West Dublin Access Radio.
The Documentary, which was recorded during the 2013 season, delves into the clubs formation and link with the community.
As Part of the documentary a number of clubs members were interviewed.
Speaking ahead of the documentary Bears Chairman Conor Kelly Said, “It is a massive honour for the club to have taken part in West Dublin Access Radio’s Minority Report.”
“The documentary will give our club great publicity in our area and hopefully we will see new people take up the sport in the coming season. We are always looking at ways to grow our club and this has given us a new way of doing so.”
“It was great fun to take part in and now everyone in the club is looking forward to hearing the finished article.”
