Overview: Australia may have lost Billy Slater but have many good players like Hayne and Inglis that can fill the void. Australia will be unbackable favourites to make it into the rugby league world cup final. The Kangaroos came to this World Cup to reclaim the World Cup Trophy. They will be looking to put in a faultless 80 minutes against Fiji.

Fiji have created history by making back to back rugby league world cup semi-finals. Just like their semi-final berth in 2008, Fiji will against take on the might of Australia. Fiji now have a stronger team than they did in 2008. Also working to Fiji’s advantage is they have already played Australia in the Group stages so if any team is going to be prepared for this match it will be Fiji.

The winner of this game will have the privilege of walking out at Old Trafford in the World cup final.
