Overview: Australia started their tournament with much expectation. The Kangaroos came to this World Cup to reclaim their mantel as the number one rugby league team in the World. After getting over England in the opening game Australia have sailed past Fiji and Ireland. It’s business time for Australia and they will be looking to pile on the points in this match.
The United States who have even had the Wiggles write a song about their efforts at this World Cup will have their hardest game yet when the come up against Australia. The Tomahawks beat Cook Islands and Wales. Their fairytale ended when they lost the game against Scotland. Some would argue that the USA had one eye on this quarter final match with Australia. Unless Australia get struck by lightning this will be the last match for the Tomahawks who have already done the USA proud to get this far.
