2013 RLWC TV viewing information: Channel Seven will broadcast all RLWC2013 matches live in Australia on the 7mate channel. In the UK the BBC will show all England games along with the RLWC Final while Premier Sports will broadcast all other RLWC games.

Overview: On back of their win against Samoa in the 2013 Pacific international, Tonga will be red hot favourites going into their first match of the 2013 RLWC. Tonga are expected to top their Pool and advanced through to the quarter finals. Many also expect Tonga to be the best side outside the big three during the tournament. The best players from the Pacific will be on show at Derwent Park in Workington and fans won’t be disappointed.

Tonga are one of the last teams to arrive in the UK for the rugby league world cup and will be looking to put in a good performance against Scotland at Workington. Tonga will go into the game without a warm-up match. There captain Brent Kite will be the last player to arrive when he is expected to arrive on Monday.

Scotland are going to have a battle on their hands when the meet with Tonga in their opening game of the 2013 RLWC. In Pool C only the top team will advance through to the quarter finals. This game will make or break Scotland’s 2013 RLWC campaign. Scotland will be out to cause one of the biggest upsets in the tournament if they manage to get over Tonga in this match.

Scotland were soundly beaten by PNG 38 – 20 in their warm-up match at Featherstone over the weekend. The Bravehearts will be hoping that the inclusion of Peter Wallace will help steady the ship against Tonga.
