The NZRL have added another three players to their World Cup train-on squad after Newcastle and South’s exited the NRL finals.

The three players that have been added are Issac Luke, Bryson Goodwin and Jeremy Smith.

The Kiwis who are the current World Champions are looking to defy the odds and go back to back in this years world cup scheduled for the UK, Wales and France.

The final 24 man squad is expected to be announced on Monday / Tuesday next week after the NRL and Super League Grand Finals.

Week 1: Oct 27th 6.00pm New Zealand v Samoa, The Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington, England.

Week 2: Nov 1st 8.00pm France v New Zealand (World Cup), Parc des Sports, Avignon, France.

Week 3: Nov 8th 8.00pm New Zealand v Papua New Guinea (World Cup), Headingley Carnegie Stadium, Leeds, England.
