Rugby League Development Fund

Rugby League Development Fund members have submitted their initial votes for the 2013 Rugby League Development fund grant.

The list of eligible nations have now been reduced to 14. The next step in the process will see a questionnaire sent to the remaining 14 nations. RLDF members will cast their final vote after reviewing the returned questionaries which will decide the 2013 RLDF winner.

It’s an exciting time for members as they find out what is really happening on the ground in countries that are trying to develop and grow rugby league.

This year we are able to offer the biggest grant yet of $2500 AUD which has been contributed to by RLDF members.

The RLDF is now taking enrolments for the 2013 – 2014 RLDF period. Do you love rugby league and want to play your part in assisting emerging rugby league nations for as little as $10 AUD a month? RLDF members have:

– Access to restricted member forum
– Chance to view information not always available to the general public
– Chance to cast a vote and play a part in assisting a developing rugby league nation

The next RLDF period will kick-off on the 1st of July 2013 so don’t miss out.

2011 RLDF winners the Jamaican Rugby League Association have come a long way since they received the inaugural grant back in 2011. Rugby League continues to grow in the reggae nation and kids are now playing rugby league in some Jamaican schools.

2012 RLDF winners Canada Rugby League which seeds took place in the Rugby League Planet Forum are now a fully commercialised rugby league machine overseeing the games development and expansion across Canada.
